Fees and Terms

We offer a complimentary  “get to know you” interview  in Orange County. You will find our design fees very reasonable for the for the quality and quantity of work produced.

“Package Rates” for Kitchen remodels and Master Bath remodels each starting at $2,500 for 15 hours of work, including drawings, elevations and selection of all appliances, materials, & fixtures.

Our fee is currently $175 per hour. A minimum retainer of $2,500 is applied to work done for the Client. Flat rates are also available. Travel time is billed at half the hourly rate. Design Assistant time is billed at $75 per hour.

We  work by Letter of Agreement and require signatures on Confirmation of Orders for each purchase and offer discounts on furnishings from trade resources.
