Kittrell & Associates is located in Corona del Mar, and in business since 1998. The firm has extensive experience in designs for new custom homes, remodeling or renovations working from blue print to completion producing turnkey results that match our Clients’ lifestyle needs and budgets. The end result is always beautiful, comfortable and livable. And in our experience, when a project is finished our design fee will total only a small percentage of our Client’s overall budget.
Chris Kittrell also teaches interior design and style development which makes it easy to interpret and create individualized style for each Client.

Fees
We offer a one hour complimentary interview in Orange County, to assess Client needs and explain Designer terms. Fees apply to other areas.
Designer works by Letter of Agreement (a contract) between Client and Designer, defining scope of Design Services, method of payment, terms and conditions.
Our fee is currently $175 per hour. A minimum retainer of $2,500 is applied to work done for the Client. Flat rates are also available. Travel time is billed at $75 per hour. Design Assistant time is billed at $75 per hour. Discounts on home furnishings are extended to Clients if purchased through Designer and from trade resources.
Purchases are made with approval of Client, in the form of Confirmation of Orders. Designer discounts on home furnishings and commissions are explained during the Initial Interview.
