Design Studio
At Kittrell & Associates, we solve your problems by helping you to avoid making costly mistakes, and creating attractive, comfortable spaces to match your lifestyle needs. Chris Kittrell is a Certified Interior Designer (CID), and has passed lengthy written and drafting tests, including the CQRID and the California State Building Codes test.
Fees and Terms
An initial one-hour consultation, to define Client needs and explain Designer terms, is complimentary in Orange County & Rancho Mirage, California.
Designer works by Letter of Agreement (a contract) between Client and Designer, defining scope of Design Services, method of payment, terms and conditions.
Our fee is currently $175-$250 per hour. A minimum retainer of $2,500 is applied to work done for the client. Flat rates are also available. Travel time is billed at half the hourly rate. Design Assistant time is billed at $75 per hour.
Purchases are made with approval of Client, in the form of Confirmation of Order. Designer discounts on home furnishings and commissions are explained during the Initial Consultation.
